Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from www.Franksblanks.co.uk you agree to the following-

Delivery - Delivery times will vary and can not be guaranteed. Different items can have different delivery times. We ask to allow 2/3 weeks for delivery, however items usually arrive much faster than this. We are not responsible for any delays. Refunds will only be issued once the item has proved to be lost.

Returns & Refunds - Refunds will only be issued where there has been a mistake by us or an item is faulty.

Sizing - Sizing can vary and size charts will be provided where available. Refunds will not be given where a size chart was provided unless the measurements are wrong. Photo evidence will be required.

Please make sure that you inspect your items before you personalise them, as no refunds can be given once they have been altered in any way.
